for those who want to be in the know here at hot heads...

appointments

we recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that there is time to update any personal information, fill out forms, and to allow yourself time to relax and enjoy your time with us.  arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment.  we understand that being late at times is unavoidable, please call us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

 cancellations

we respect your time, please respect ours. 

after one cancellation within 24 hours or a no showed appointment we will require a credit card to secure all future appointment times.  Your credit card will be charged as follows: 

~cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, hot heads llc. will charge 50% of your total scheduled service(s).  missing your appointment completely with no phone call will result in hot heads llc. charging for 100% of your total service(s).

online appointments can no longer be cancelled or changed online.  All cancellations or changes must be made by phone to avoid mishap or double booking. 

gratuity

gratuity is not included with regular service fees and is left to your discretion. 

general 

for the comfort and safety of all of our guests we kindly ask that you do not bring small children into the salon unless they are receiving a service or there is another adult to watch over them. 

wedding parties of 3 or more

wedding parties of 3 or more require a 50% deposit when your appointments are booked and are subject to an 18% gratuity.  we ask for at least a TW0 WEEK cancellation for all wedding parties with 50% of your deposit being refunded(ON-SITE WEDDING PARTIES-SEE BELOW) to you. any cancellations WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF WEDDING will forfeit their entire deposit.

on-site weddings

all on-site weddings will be subjected to the above policy regarding deposit(unless prearranged with the owner), as well as a $125 on-site fee per stylist needed to complete services for day of. all on-site weddings must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to day of wedding. no refunds will be given for on-site/all staff weddings where the salon has had to close premises to accommodate loss of use for the day, NO MATTER THE ADVANCE NOTICE GIVEN.

returns

if for any reason you are displeased with any product purchased, you may returned any unopened or minimally used product within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit, all gift cards and clearance items are non-refundable. 

gift cards

please note that gift cards are available at the salon for purchase for future services and are available in any denomination but can be used toward services only.  gift cards may not be used for taxes, gratuity, or retail products.
